Jonathan co-founded Lee Properties with his brother Joshua in 2012 and manages project operations, strategic planning, and financial assessments. With a Master of Accountancy from UNC Charlotte, he is a licensed Massachusetts CPA and serves as a Receiver for the Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court.
Joshua, Partner at Lee Properties, brings over a decade of market research and acquisitions experience, driving strategic decisions and investment efforts. He holds degrees in Philosophy and Socio-Linguistics and has lived in multiple countries, speaking Japanese and Russian. Committed to global philanthropy, he aims to empower communities through microfinancing and education.
Danielle de Medeiros brings over a decade of expertise in project management and operations. At Lee Properties, she leads strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, enhancing brand visibility, and aligning big-picture goals with meticulous execution. Her hands-on leadership drives efficiency, strengthens teams, and advances the mission of revitalizing urban landscapes.
Andrew, a Bryant University project management graduate, has experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and construction. At Lee Properties, he identifies new projects, manages RFPs, and conducts industry research. A licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling.
Valeriia oversees investor relations, capital raising, and ensuring smooth investment operations. Based in Providence, she leverages her background in political science and sociology to support Lee Properties’ mission of revitalizing New England communities.
