Jonathan Lee Cozzens    

A passionate real estate developer and historic preservationist, Jonathan brings a rare blend of financial expertise and community vision to everything he does. Holding a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and licensed as a CPA in Massachusetts, he combines rigorous analytical thinking with a deep commitment to place-making.

Additionally, he serves as a Receiver for the Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court and as a Senior Fellow with MassINC, a nonprofit dedicated to unlocking growth and opportunity in Massachusetts’ gateway cities. Whether restoring the character of historic buildings or developing the housing and infrastructure communities need most, he believes that great development honors the past while building a better future.
