Mill at the Marina is slated to be a market rate development located across from the Pawcatuck River in Stonington, Connecticut. The historic mill building, originally built in the late 1800s, has a rich history of manufacturing and has been a part of the local community for generations. With its location overlooking the picturesque Pawcatuck River, the building has become a landmark for the town, and we are proud to be a part of its development. While working with experts in historic preservation to ensure that the building’s exterior remains intact, the interior space will be reimagined to meet the needs of modern living in a truly luxurious fashion.
