Danielle de Medeiros – Director of Operations

Danielle de Medeiros – Director of Operations

Danielle comes to the team with over 20 years’ management experience, and a deep background in the construction industry. Having started as a summer laborer for her dad (a general contractor) as a teenager, she later apprenticed with a finish carpenter whose expertise was high-end kitchens in new residential construction. After taking a break to go to college, and graduating with a Bachelor’s in health sciences, Danielle returned to her roots in construction by starting a design and renovations company in Austin, Texas. After successfully running that small business for several years, she accepted an offer to manage the office and operations for a fast-growing landscaping company in central Texas, which later lead to a director level position with a construction firm handling commercial, residential, as well as state projects. A huge fan of the dynamic nature of construction and development, Danielle brings an infectious energy to her work.
