Jonathan founded Lee Properties in 2012 with his brother Joshua. Jonathan coordinates with the team members responsible for the daily operations of all projects currently under construction and planning. Responsibilities entail ongoing strategic planning, financial modeling and feasibility assessments. Jonathan’s strong financial background gives him a unique perspective when assessing prospective projects.
Jonathan obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2008 and an Undergraduate degree in Inter-Cultural Studies from Liberty University in 2006. Jonathan is a Massachusetts licensed CPA as well as a Receiver appointed by the Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court.

Andrew graduated from Bryant University with a degree in project management. He has spent previous years in the commercial real estate industry, the mortgage lending industry, as well as the construction industry. His previous success in these roles has led him to be a valuable member of Lee Properties where he takes on many different tasks throughout the project cycle. Andrew assists in identifying & vetting prospective projects throughout New England, completing Requests for Proposal applications, and conducting research on various relevant topics. In his free time Andrew enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family and friends.
Rob joined Lee Properties in 2019 and brings a wealth of construction experience with him. Rob’s 25+ years’ experience in framing and building homes in both single-family new construction and multi-family rehabilitation integrates well with the challenging building environments Lee Properties often faces. During planning, Rob provides valuable insight into best construction practices and value-engineering. During construction, Rob leads the construction team from structural repairs all the way through to finish carpentry. Rob enjoys creating wooden works of art with a chainsaw in his spare time.
Valeria serves as the Construction Site Supervisor for Lee Properties. She assists with the management of construction projects and oversees the daily operations of all trade personnel. Valeria brings valuable experience from her time working with FEMA throughout multiple disaster zones including disaster assessment and rebuilding efforts. Valeria was also instrumental in the construction of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Puerto Rico and has considerable experience in procuring federal and other governmental construction contracts. Valeria is bilingual in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Valeria enjoys spending time with her 3 children and visiting new destinations.
